Creating the Watershed brand
In January 2022, I joined a 40 person company and was tasked with designing our brand in the first 10 week cycle. There was initially no copywriter or strategist, just me interviewing people and trying to set up a structure. Luckily, I was eventually joined by the amazing writer Jenn Chen in April and our incoming Head of Marketing Alexa Shirtzinger in May. This was a presentation I gave that broke down the rebranding process I undertook from my arrival until the reveal in June.
